Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to making the process simple and straightforward.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Items must not show signs of use or wear
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Angel Ornaments & Animal Ornaments (due to delicate nature and intricate details)
- Christmas Villages (opened sets due to complexity and collectible nature)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “final sale” or clearance
Simple 4-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include:
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside
- Copy of your original invoice or order confirmation
- All original tags and accessories
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return
What’s Refunded
- Full item price(s) for returned products
- Original shipping fees (unless return is due to customer preference)
- Taxes paid on returned items
What’s Not Refunded
- Return shipping costs (unless due to our error)
- Original shipping fees for free shipping orders where minimum is no longer met
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product using your preferred shipping method. You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
